The Arts Are Everywhere.
Look around. The buildings you see are art. The chairs you sit in are art. The clothing you wear is art.  Even the food you eat is art.
There's garden art, floral art, tattoo art, literary art, music, films, theater, painting, poetry, and art on fingernails.  
Think about the most culturally diverse and renowned cities you have been to, they all have at least one thing in common: arts.
A community rich in arts is a community full of culture. Research has even shown that cities that emphasize the arts
have more civic and social engagement, better child welfare and even lower poverty rates. Wow! Who wouldn't want that.
